Privacy Policy

At Enso Wellness, we value your time and commitment to your healing journey. Our sessions are thoughtfully prepared and scheduled to ensure the best possible experience for you. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for therapy sessions, workshops, and other wellness services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All individual, couple, family, or corporate sessions must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp (+91-9910066811)
  • A session is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your booking is completed.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
  • Rescheduling can be done through your confirmation link, or by contacting us via info@ensowellness.in or WhatsApp (+91-9910066811).
  • If you request rescheduling within 24 hours, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable, except in emergencies (see Section 5).
  • Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refund will be issued.
  • No-shows (no communication before the session): The session is considered completed and non-refundable.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method (via Razorpay or equivalent gateway).

4. Workshops, Retreats & Corporate Programs

  • For group events, workshops, or retreats, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
  • In most cases, registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another participant or a future event (subject to approval).

5. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise (e.g., medical emergencies, accidents, family crises).

In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling without penalty.

Documentation may be requested for repeated exceptions.

6. Therapist Cancellations

In the rare event that your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule a session:

  • You will be notified promptly.
  • A full refund or reschedule will be offered at your convenience.
  • We take utmost care to minimize any disruption to your therapy process.

7. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to a session:

  • The session will still end at the originally scheduled time, out of respect for other clients.
  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be marked as a “no-show” unless prior notice is given.

9. Policy Updates
